Rodd believes that your personal information deserves protection. While you can
visit the site without registering or providing any personal information we may
need the following information in order to process your requests or to enter
you in any promotional contests: your name, e-mail address, mailing address
and/or telephone number.
What Information Do We Collect?
There are times when we may ask you for or you may choose to provide
information about yourself and your business to assist us in meeting your

Information such as information collected when you make a reservation for, or
register or use the facilities of, or stay at one of our hotels or resorts. At
times, we conduct surveys to better understand the needs of our customers. We

How We Use Your Personal Information
Your Personal Information may be used for the purpose of providing you with
services at our hotels and resorts, servicing your requests, improving our
services, developing and informing you of additional services provided by Rodd,
or by any direct or indirect affiliate or our business partners that may be of
interest, or answering questions you may have.
Occasionally, we will send you communications with information, which may be
useful to you, including information and offerings about our services or those
of our affiliates or third parties unless you decide to opt out in the manner
described below.
We may also aggregate statistics that we gather about our customers and provide
these statistics to third parties. However, when we do, these statistics will
not include Personal Information that identifies individuals. All reasonable
measures have also been taken so that the information you provide to us will
not be used by our affiliates or third parties for purposes other than those
indicated in this Privacy Policy.
We may also use, disclose and communicate your Personal Information if required

Rodd reserves the right to modify or supplement this Privacy Policy statement
at any time. If we make any material change to this Privacy Policy, we will
notify you of the changes through this Web Site. However, we will seek your
consent if we want to use your Personal Information for purposes other than
those you have agreed to previously.
Other Uses Of Information Provided
By providing any Personal Information to Rodd, you grant to Rodd and its
affiliates an unrestricted, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free
license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt and develop derivative work based
upon, or derived from, such information in any form, with the right to grant
sub-licenses provided; however, no use may be made of Personal Information in
contravention of the terms of this Privacy Policy.
As the Internet is not yet a fully secure medium and therefore complete
confidentiality and privacy cannot be ensured, Rodd will not be liable for any
damages resulting from the transmission of confidential or Personal Information
to us.
Security Policy
Users are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of
the site. By way of example, you are prohibited from (a) accessing data not
intended for such user or logging onto a server or an account which the user is
not authorized to access; (b) attempting to probe, scan or test the
vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security without proper
authorization; (c) attempting to interfere with service to any user, host or
network; (d) sending unsolicited mail, including promotions and/or advertising
of products or services.
When you provide us with personal information on site it is done through a
secure server. This information is secured by a system called Secure Socket
Layers (SSL), which encrypts all information you provide before sending it to
our server. It is not until your information reaches our servers that it can be
decrypted and read by Rodd personnel.
