Meetings and Conventions

With 7 meeting rooms, Rodd Mill River -- A Rodd Signature Resort offers a resort retreat for groups up to 175 banquet-style and 250 theatre-style. Many of our meeting rooms offer natural light and views of the resort grounds. Groups will enjoy all the on-site activities, and we would be happy to work with you to coordinate special theme meals such as lobster boils and steak barbeques. A unique venue for an off-site meal would be our Hunter Duvar House. Located on the 10th hole of the Mill River Golf Course, the house is a private venue accessible only by golf cars.

* The Hunter and Duvar combine to 2400 sq. ft. Two meeting rooms offer natural light and extend comfortable surroundings for small to medium size meetings. In most conference hotels you would be one group of many in--house; however, due to our size, we promise our staff's undivided attention as your group is likely to be exclusive.
