Promotional Gift Request

Rodd Hotels and Resorts are proud of the role it has achieved as a responsible corporate citizen in the communities where we live and operate, and support a wide variety of charities across our region. We do, however, receive hundreds and requests each year and unfortunately cannot support each one we receive. To assist in the management of our contributions, Rodd Hotels and Resorts have adopted the following guidelines.

Eligibility Guidelines

Rodd Hotels and Resorts recognize that there are many worthy requests and struggle with each and every decision we make. In order to assist with our choices, we ask you to complete the Request Form below, keeping in mind our guidelines.

. Rodd Hotels and Resorts support not-for-profit and charitable organizations within the communities we operate and live.
. Rodd Hotels and Resorts employee and corporate charity's of choice that we work with in fundraising assistance are IWK Health Center, ALS Foundations, and the Children's Wish Foundation.
. Rodd Hotels and Resorts do not support individuals, religious organizations, private schools, and political parties or candidates.
. Rodd Hotels and Resorts do not provide cash sponsorship.

Please complete the Request Form. A committee meets every second Monday to review requests. 30 day notice is required for all requests. If you have any questions, please contact 892-7448.
